Payment

Credit or Debit Card
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro/Solo and American Express which is the default option when ordering. Payment is not taken until the goods are ready to be dispatched.

Cheques or Postal Orders
We accept cheques and can dispatch on receipt as long as the cheque guarantee card number and expiry date are present.

Cash
We accept cash through the post but strongly advise to order through another method of payment due to insurance reasons. If you are to send cash please send through a recorded service that is insured to the order amount.

Paypal
We also accept PayPal payments follow the instructions when prompted.


Postage and Packaging

Postage to mainland England is FREE. We will do our best to get your order delivered next working day (if received before 4pm) but delivery can take up to 3 working days. If any item ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted by e-mail or a phone call with a delivery date and the option to continue with the order. If there is a specific day you would like delivery, drop us an e-mail with your order and the requirements and we do our best to get it there on time. Free postage is limited to a 3 day service on certain items.

Returns & Cancellations

You are within your rights to cancel any order placed with Archline Angling Ltd at no charge to yourself.
Orders that have been received before cancellation must be returned at your cost and risk. A credit will be issued when the goods have been returned, providing they are still in the original packaging, un-used, un-damaged or expired.

Any item received that is faulty in anyway must be returned for assessment within 14 days. Postage costs will be credited as soon as possible if the item in question is faulty and a credit or replacement will be issued.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • We have insufficient stocks and are unable to supply the order.
  • We do not deliver to the address provided.
  • The goods that have been ordered have been advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. We are not obliged to compensate for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Privacy Policy

    Archline Angling Ltd are committed to protecting any buyers information from third parties. This information is available to you by request. Cookies are used on this site so that patterns by visitors can be monitored and to store your shopping basket contents, these are stored on your browser and can be deleted / deactivated through your internet options.

    If you have any complaint regarding Archline Anglings service please let us know so that we can resolve the matter. All complaints will be handled in the utmost confidentiality and in a fair and effective manner.
